Wrong. The Lorentz transformation transforms the coordinates of one event at a time (or possibly a series of events related to one another through an equation). In order to obtain a complete world-view of an observer, the Lorentz transformation would have to be used time and again on every event of interest. Only then can the complete world-view be reconstructed from the numerous events that comprise it.
